I like to go without brakes most of the time. But it's nice to have these stashed away in case I decide to add them before a trip. Given certain conditions, a brake is often justifiable and worth the weight. Having that flexibility is priceless.

Are the breaks on the Dynafit Verticals interchangeable with this one? for example say I have a binding that has an 82mm like the Dynafit TLT Vertical ST 82mm Binding and I need a 110 could buying these fix my issue?

Yes. This is the Vertical ski brake and should be interchangeable as long as you don't have a very old Dynafit. I would take your existing brake off and compare it to the picture to double-check.

This is a brake, not a crampon as described in the title.
I've observed that Dynafit brakes don't deploy as deeply as standard alpine brakes, and the ski can easily run quite some distance away.
Do these fit the new dynafit bindings?

James, If by "new" you mean the "Radical" series, then the answer is no. Dynafit is still making the Vertical FT and Vertical ST which these will fit as well as the older Comfort Series.

Paul, It's a good thing you know how they fit together....You will need that information in the field...mine busted off in a icy chute with a foot of powder 3 months ago. My ski went rocketing down the mountain into some old growths. I managed to find my bent metal pieces in the bottom of picture 2. I've reinstalled them and I have to constantly keep an eye on them. Im actually still missing one of those pieces now but it still works (lack of a better word).
