The DMM Eclipse Carabiner's extremely large gate opening and deep basket provide extremely easy clipping in desperate situations. The straight gate is ideal for clipping the barely reachable bolt above you, and the bent gate eagerly accepts your rope when you're 20 feet run out and Elvis leg is coming on strong.

Bottom Line: When you come to the don't-miss clip and the redpoint is on the line, make sure you reach for the DMM Eclipse Carabiner.
