Most Versital Pack I've Seen

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This pack is light enough for a tru-hike, and super durable. I thru-hiked the Appalachian Trail with this pack and it is still going strong. With 2000+ miles on it there is almost no excessive wear.

The suspension is fantastic. One of the things you tend to sacrifice as you go lighter and lighter with packs is suspension, but this pack can comfortably haul more weight than you will want to. I haven't put 50# in it, but I'm sure it could handle it.

As some one who is in between most pack sizes for torso length, the adjustable harness makes this the best fitting pack Ive used.

The design is also great for lots of uses. I have used it for backpacking, ski touring hut trips and climbing.

One thing, if I were to hike another long trail, I would get a pack about a pound lighter, I just don't need that beefy suspension.
