ArmSkin

Occam's razor is deftly employed by DeFeet in the creation of their Armskins. It's a simple solution that only a sock-maker would think of. A sock cuff with a long tube stitched to it. That's all the Armskins are. The beauty is they're seamless and have incredible stretch to them. Easy to make, comfortable to wear, and they stay in place. Very little of the squirming and drooping that other styles of armwarmer can have.

But the Armskins are more than just a footless tube sock with a cuff. That's thanks to DeFeet's dual-knit technology. The inside is CoolMax for a soft surface and wicking. The exterior is nylon/Lycra for durability, stretch, and warmth. The cuff is 2.5" long

DeFeet makes two flavors of Armskins, this and the Armskins Lite. The Armskins are designed to be worn at 55-degees and below. The material is 49% CoolMax EcoMade, 47% Nylon, and 4% Lycra. DeFeet recommends washing the Armskins on cold and tumble drying on low, but the big no-no is bleach. Bleach on DeFeet accessories is a bad idea. Two sizes area available, Small/Medium and Large/X-Large. They say the dividing line is 5'9" and 160lbs (175cm and 72kg). At either dimension or smaller, go with the S/M, larger go with the L/XL. If you're in the middle, size up. If you've got a long wingspan of spindly arms, size up as the greater length will help them stay in place. The Armskins come in two colors, Black and White.
