The sweater has stylish ear sleeves and a LOT of extra padding. But the acrylic-and-wool Vala hat has the same kick-ass cable-knit, keeps your noggin just as toasty, and won't send your friends running for lodge.

I read the other person's review and thought to myself--"I DO have a basketball for a head, this hat should be perfect for me!" The hat fit me width wise but you seriously would have to be a conehead or have some serious dreadlocks or a small rat that tells you how to cook stored up there. Would be a great hat it about 3 inches of the height were chopped off (without harming the rat of course).

This hat is actually great if you have dread locks. from the previous reviews I certainly think i will get if for my husband. He has long dread lock and works in corporate america and he goes through them so quickly plus he love all the diffrent colors and sytles. I will get if to him nd report back.
