With all the crazy styles and features out there these days, what ever happened to a regular pair of pants that fits comfortably and keeps you dry? Well, it turns out DC is still making those, such as the Seamus Men's Snowboard Pant. The 10K-rated fabric keeps your legs dry when the white stuff is coming down, cargo pockets store any essentials you may need, and the regular fit has enough room to comfortably move and wear baselayers underneath.

  • 10K-rated polyester fabric blocks out rain and snow to keep you dry
  • Critical seams taped to prevent moisture from seeping in
  • 40g synthetic insulation provides low-profile warmth
  • Standard fit has room to layer underneath without being too baggy
  • Mesh-lined inseam vents allow you to dump heat when it warms up
  • Boot gaiters keep snow from getting in your boots
  • Two hand pockets, two back pockets, and two cargo pockets provide plenty of room to store essentials

Mucho likely

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was so surprised with the accuracy of sizing and quality. Cannot wait to hit the powder with this DC! And for fifty bones...mmf!

What is the inseam length?

What is the inseam length?

The inseam length would differ depending on what size pant you are hunting for... However, specific to DC, their inseam sizes are as follows:

XS: 30in

S: 31in

L: 33in

XL: 34in

XXL: 34in

Hope this helps!

My son is size 30/32 would a medium be best?

The medium size seems like it would have the appropriate inseam length that you're looking for, but you should expect to get some tailoring done on the waist if you will want it to fit the waist of your son. That really is a tough call to make though, mainly because even if you did get the Medium, I would worry about a tailor or seamstress not being able to take that much off the waist just to fit your son. However, it would seem if you are set on getting this for him, that might be your best gamble.

I wish you good luck.

Great Pants, but not such a great buy

  • Gender:Male

I just got these today, haven't gotten a chance to try them out... They seem like exactly what I want. What bothers me is that I thought I was getting a great deal... 55% off of $220... for $100... So why does the price tag from DC say $132 on it? Seems kinda shady...

The fit matches the size chart... I was hesitant to get Medium, I'm 6'1" but my waist is probably 30"... The length is actually perfect and I'll be wearing a belt. Definitely glad I trusted the size chart and didn't get Large.

Essential Snow Swag

Great item very comfortable pair of pants. It will certainly serve its purpose to keep warm. Have yet to try it on the slopes but will update it when I get a chance to. Only complaints on it are when the item was received both cargo pockets inner stitching came loose. They also have a pants length adjuster located in the pocket to shorten the leg length of the pants to prevent from walking on the ends. Great idea and great convenience where it is located however the stitching is still flimsy on the inner lining of the pocket so be careful on the pull because the first pull I took split the stitching of the inside lining of the other cargo pocket. Great product for the price and essentials. Would I recommend this to a friend? So far yes.

    is the waist adjustable?

    is the waist adjustable?

Hey mike the waist is adjustable on these pants. I just received them today in the mail. There are two velcro adjuster straps located on the inside on the left and right side of the pants that can be adjusted to fit more snug around the waist. In addition to the adjuster straps on the pants even with a jacket that includes a compatible skirt attachment will help keep these pants on with out worrying about tour as falling out after a jump or fall. Great pair of pants you won't regret purchasing them. On a side note just go through all the pockets to make sure they are intact the stitching has broken on both my cargo pockets right out of the packaging so I am having to mail them back for an exchange. Other than that no complaints about the pants just deciding now if i need to drop down a size or stay the same size. Good luck!!
