Darn Tough Coolmax 1/4 Cushion Running Sock - Men's

I love these socks. They are really comfortable and the cushion is great for running and hiking. As the name states, they really are darn tough. I've had my original pair for two years and no hole yet. I'm a true fan!

Yeah, probably. They take a beating and last much longer than comparable brands. I'm gradually replacing all my old socks with these. The light cushion is great for running, hiking, tennis, and casual wear. The merino ones are great as well and do a good job of repelling unpleasant odors ;)

I was skeptical about paying such a high price for a pair of socks, but I was headed for a 20 plus mile trail run and thought I'd better stack the odds in my favor, so I bit the bullet and gave them a try. Glad I did. No blisters!! The socks worked great. No friction from seams down around the toe, no sliding around in the shoe, and they seemed to wick the moisture away from my feet. They contibuted to a successful run....no doubt about it.

I use these socks for everything, but the best use I've found is for my ultra running. Paired with a cooler shoe, I've never had a blister with these socks at distances up to 50K. They don't dry super quickly, but they are very durable, great for hot or cold weather, and the elastic band keeps all the dirt out. I will never run another trail without these again. Pretty good for road running too!

I work in the TV & Movie industry and I'm always looking for socks I can wear in the summer that give me lots of support and cushion for my feet since I'm standing or walking most of the day.

These socks are great for this. I'm not running with them, but working long hours on my feet and these socks help.

Super comfortable and they must shed sweat and water b/c I run them for 10 miles on trails or asphalt in monster humidity and they never feel soggy or heavy.

I have to say, one of these socks was great...the other had a bunched toe seam in the corner. It was irritating at first, but grew into one nasty blister on their first run. I have read / heard a lot of good things about these socks. Too bad a quality control issue ruined it for me.
