Krypton IL Moro I.D. Ski Boot - Men's

Glen Plake helped design the Dalbello Krypton Il Moro I.D. to be the most free-flexing ski boot in the industry, and if he didn't succeed, then Tanner Hall probably wouldn't have his own pro-model version. The first time you slip one on, you'll understand what Plake and Dalbello are trying to tell you: modern skis don't need brutal forward pressure to respond, just a laterally stiff lever that can provide proper edge-to-edge control. The Krypton Il Moro I.D. has an endless forward flex that feels wholly different from an overlap design, but as soon as you understand its purpose, you'll never look back.

  • Cabrio design provides unparalleled flex and easy entry
  • Hyperband wide-profile shin pad reduces friction and aids in shock absorption
  • Slap-ratchet closure system replaces traditional power strap and upper-buckle configuration
  • Super-light Intuition Silver I.D. thermo-moldable liners give a full-foot custom fit with a simple heat-molding process
  • Full-length viscoelastic footbed takes the shock out of the stomp

Bottom Line: From park to pipe and all over the mountain, Il Moro conquers.

It is hard to say, since Dalbello doesn't actually post a rating with their boots, but they come with a medium and a stiff tongue. Swap them around for park or all-mountain riding. The stiff is probably around a 120-130 area, maybe more, and the medium is at the 100-110 range.

Nice boot

Best fit I've ever had. Between the intition liner and the 3-piece design, comfort and performance finally come together. Still good to size down. I am 10.5-11 street shoe, skinny foot, 27.5 is perfect. Easy to customize, plenty stiff with optional tongue that came in box. This is my first Dalbello, won't be my last.
