How to Measure:

For best results, take measurements over your underwear.

Chest:

Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist:

Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Neck:

Measure across your adam's apple.

Sleeve:

Start at c enter back of neck and measure to top of shoulder. Then measure from top of shoulder to wrist and add them together.
