Get out there and play with the Wrangler.

You don’t slay pow without a bomber, weather-resistant jacket, so get rid of those cheapo gloves and grab the DAKINE Men’s Wrangler Glove. The Primaloft insulation warms your hand so you can ride until the resort closes, and the durable Durafuse leather protects you from the elements. Thanks to the comfy fixed wool lining the reason you’re hooting and hollering down the powder fall-line is because you don’t have to run into the warming hut to warm up your hands.

Dakine Wrangler Glove

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Excellent fit, and comfortable. I have not had a chance to try them in the snow yet, but they seem like they will be great for nice sunny days. I am thinking about getting some glove liners for days that I may need the extra protection from the cold.
The only drawback that I think the gloves may have is trying to insert a wet hand back into the glove. The cuffs are not flared out, but a dry hand fits into it fine. The cuff not being flared will help to keep out the snow, and keep it from being bulky.
They are more like wearing an insulated pair of work gloves, then wearing snowboarding gloves. The gloves leave you with a good amount of dexterity, and the leather construction seems durable.
These gloves were exactly what I was looking for. I can't wait till the snow falls to see how well the stand up to the cold and wet. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, is that I am worried about the cuff, and being able to get wet cold hands into them well. If I run into any problems when I get on to the mountain, I will try to update my review
