I primarily bought it because I wanted something different than the standard black luggage to stick out at the airport luggage carousel. About the same size as a regular luggage bag (if you want huge go with the large gear bag) . I like the nets on the insides as mentioned in other reviews as well. Plenty of room for a full week pack of regular travel for sure. Initial impressions/use so I have not put it through the ringer yet.

this bag is great.. big enough to fit lots of gear and has nets inside to separate things awesome feature. wheels roll very well and the bag is much lighter than others I've had. worth the money would buy again in a second.

After 2-3 times checking it, the handle mechanism gets squished and inoperative. Which is too bad, because otherwise I love this bag. (I sill have my non-wheeling duffel which has lasted me for YEARS but of course is really heavy to lug around.) Unfortunately, I've had this exact same problem with previous Dakine roller bag. Question is: because their price point is so much lower, is it worth having to buy a new one every couple of years? Or get something more expensive where the handle is gonna be more durable. This time around, I'm opting for a different brand.

Got it for a trip back to the east coast and it's awesome. I fit 2 pair of shoes and hiking boots with about 10 days worth of clothes no problem. Big, great quality, zippers are legit, wheels are replaceable AND they roll smooth as hell!

Does great for international flights! It helped me pack for a whole year in South Korea

After 2 consecutive years of winter travels the bag is still in great shape. Usually a zipper will blow out, or a seam will rip, maybe a broken strap or wheel base. Nothing! Holds enough gear to travel for 3 months on the road easily.

Great bag. Functional, simple, and looks durable. Rolly wheels are legit (and replaceable!)
