yes it most certainly does!! i have this bag, and my husband keeps trying to stuff things in and I have to remind him it's a sleeve, not a pocket!

I'm actually thinking about using it for my purse! I Love this bag and can't wait to take a trip. I'm always misplacing things when I travel and hope this keeps me organized. It's also more stylish than the standard black luggage, and I bought fall stripe which are some of my fave colors.
