These fingers seem to give plenty of room so you should be good if you run by the suggested sizing.Hope that helps.

How warm are these in really cold temps? I wish the gloves were rated for temperature and riding style on this sit and others.

Depends on your hands. If they always run really warm you'll be fine but on average I'd run with a much warmer rated glove.
