    these bags run really small

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it

Bought two of these bags, a 7'0" and a 7'6" for an upcoming trip with my son. We could not fit any two boards into these bags. You may be okay if all you have is narrow, thin shortboards, but these are really small and tight for double bags.

    7'6" Recon II

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Purchased this bag to haul two surfboards back from Indonesia, a 7-6 hybrid and a 6-4 thruster. Both boards fit snugly inside with room for my wetsuits tucked between the skegs on my thruster.

While I haven't made the journey yet, I'm sure this bag will perform admirably... it's well-constructed, well-padded, and seems sturdy. If my boards are damaged it'll likely be from rough treatment than a fault of the bag itself.

I'll update the review if anything changes.

    For the World Traveler!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This bag is everything you need in a surf bag. It has a divider in the bag that allows you to put your board on the bottom and your clothes and gear on top. I took it on a trip to Costa Rica and it worked out great. Lots of room for everything. The strap has a pad on it that will eliminate shoulder pain while carrying the bag. The bag is also very padded and I was able to get my board down there and back ding free.

how many boards this bag can hold?...
