I bought this bag for a trip up to Whistler and while in Whistler purchased a roller bag because it was such a pain dragging this one around. It works well enough, but in my opinion is better suited for road trips. It is awkward to carry and I ended up dragging it everywhere.

I've used mine a handful of times on account of I live in SLC but have a lady friend in Seattle and so I ski Stevens and Whistler on occasion. Every time I put my skis in this thing and drop it off at the airport, it arrives at the other end with my skis still in it. I love that about this bag. And it's red, which is cool.

Question: I have 174cm skis. Will the 175cm bag work for me or will it be too tight?? I'd obviously like to squeeze poles in there as well. Thanks

Purchased for my son's k2 recoils 174cm and the skis do not fit. You could get them in there if you pushed it but the zipper is stretched to the max and looks like it will break. I am exchanging for larger bag.

The size 190 bag will not fit your 192 skis. Order bigger than your skis actually are.

Is the shoulder strap on this bag removable and/or adjustable? Is it comfortable for carrying the skis?

My bag didn't have a shoulder strap per say, just the handles you see there, which could be thrown over your shoulder maybe? But not at all comfortable. I ended up upgrading to a roller bag, much better.

I have seen a lot of 'single ski' bags that fit two pairs of skis if you're creative. Am I going to be able to do that here?

Maybe with a little duct tape... :-) no, in all seriousness, this bag is pretty true to the "Single Ski" name. The tube dimensions are only 7.5" x 5". If your skis are not very wide, and you're using a low profile binding, you MIGHT be able to squeeze two pair into this bag, but I wouldn't plan on it.
Great bag, great price

Great bag. The 175cm option fits my 156 K2 Lotta Luvs and poles with room for my helmet at one end. Room to fit ski pants and ski jacket, gloves, and some smaller base layers. Durable and sturdy. Wish it had wheels, but not many single ski bags do.

Hi, just wondering how this bag compares to the 2009 Dakine Concourse Single. Does this new Dakine Padded Single have similar features such as internal straps to secure the skis/poles, internal pockets, lock zips and ID pocket?

In the upper right, you will see "select options" which provides a drop down menu with sizes.

You should be able to fit your skis and poles in here, as long as they are straight poles.
Nice bag. Does the job

This is a very nice bag. I got the 170 bag. You can tell as soon as you see it that it is made of very durable construction. The padding is the rigid type so it will protect your skis (the bag keeps the rectangular shape all the time). I have 163's and they fit great with room to spare for extra items (jacket, pants, baselayers etc...). I wanna say you could almost squeeze two pair of ski's in this bag, but i only have one set, and i can not say this for sure. I am very satisfied with this bag.
