DAKINE Nitrous Cake Wax - 2008 BCS

I just started waxin my own board and this is the only wax i have used, so i have nothing to compare it to. But i like it seems fast to me after the first time waxin my board i noticed i was breezin by pretty much everyone else in flat sections so thats a plus to me. No complaints so far.

I used this was all last season and found it to be good. If you are looking for a good all around wax for general skiing, this is it.

I've always used All conditions wax. All conditions means it's got to work in at least one condition, right? I've used both this and the Swix and find them comparable, with the Dakine significantly less expensive. It also doesn't adversely affect my skin glue, which is a plus. Either way, waxed certainly beats the pants off unwaxed. Whenever I find that I seem to be getting worse at skiing, I rewax my skis and find that it was the skis, not my skill level that was deteriorating.

not that the smell of a ski wax is by any means important, it's still frickin' amazing. Not to mention it's superb for what it's actually meant for, i.e. waxing

Not the best, but not the worst. Worked well, especially blended for correct temp range. Good value for the price.

Easy application, efficient wax. No complaints. Basic and the price is right.

Works great for keeping your bases moist and fast (for all u non racers). I use it (cold or all temp) to get me through the flats or out the traverse with a little more ease a quickness.
