Got the grey/charcole for my wife an she loves it. Very cozy fleece on the ear flaps. Fits like a glove, but for y'er head.

I love, love, love this beanie. The thing that caught my eye about it was that it was neutral colors and it has a pom-pom! Not only is it cute, but functional! When I got it I discovered that it covers my ears GREAT!!! Which is awesome when you live in Alaska. Definitely a keeper!!!
