All set for winter 2014

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

I bought this jacket in black after researching goose down jackets that could double as casual wear and had waterproof/breathability for the slopes. Like another reviewer said - this is more of a grey-black than a true black, which doesn't bother me.

Quite happy with the fit of the small, I'm 165cm and 57kg. I'm a AUS10 and probably fall between the XS and S for this jacket. It's a little bulky and loose around the shoulders and arm pits but is an advantage re. mobility. I'd say it might run a little large and you're best off trying it on in a store first.

It has room to accommodate midweight layers and the arms and chest area move around well for my active lifestyle. Really happy with the design features, the hood provides great coverage for the face.

Not the most flattering style around, but I didn't buy it to look slim in winter. Wearing it is literally like braving the day in a snug, warm cocoon. Will provide an update report and rating after I go to the snow and take it through its paces in wind and rain this winter.

I just bought the Black version of this jacket and LOVE it. I am 5'11'' and 135lbs I got the Medium Size. It has plenty of room for a sweatshirt underneath and is very soft. I am going on a trip to AK so I will certainly be bringing this with me!

Can't wait to hit the slopes!

I bought the jacket in black but when i received it its more of a dark grey. Just a FYI. I still love the jacket. Haven 't tried it out in the cold yet.
