Built with a surfer's needs in mind, the DAKINE Interval Backpack features all the tools you need to enjoy a perfect day in the sand, or if you must, a day on campus. Stash your dripping wetsuit in the seam-sealed, removable compartment, and throw a few icy cold brewskies in the insulated cooler pocket. DAKINE added a tarp-lined wax pocket and an organizer pocket for your school supplies, as well as a skateboard carry so you can keep riding when the waves are flat. The Interval Backpack's padded laptop sleeve lets you bring along your computer for a day at school or some skatepark video editing.

How to I get my Dakine Interval Backpack replaced?
Do I mail it somewhere and where? Do I need to send all of it (like the cover or laptop cover thing it came with) or will it just be sent back to me without whatever I don't send it with? Do I need to go dig up the reciept, or is the bookbag itself evidence enough? Is there anything else I need to send with it?
(Mine bookbag is falling apart from use, gaping open with much of the main zipper loose and threads getting tangled up. I can only zip it half-way, so my books and folders in it are easily visible.)

If you bought it from Backcountry, you'll need to get an RMA number and fill out the return form that came with it when you bought the pack. Chat with one of the customer service people if you need help.

Seems like a real nice bookbag. It took a good amount of rough use before falling apart. If I can get it replaced without much difficuly, then I consider it extremely worthwhile, and well worth its price. If I can, I'll change this to a five star later if the bookbag is replaced easily.
