Spandex pants don’t have pockets, so clip on the Women’s Dakine Hip Pack before you head out to a bitchin’ party with your boom box in hand. Your friends will dig your totally tubular pack with two front zipper pockets that stash the mix tape your boy made for you and a comb to fluff your mullet.

I have a Dakine Hydration plastic bag in a black cover which is about 10 years old. It rides on top of my regular pack. I have lost 2 essential parts and wish to replace them 1) the insulated hose covering and 2) more importantley the green and yellow bite nipple which often fell off. I know this is earlier model and does not have shut off valve. It was great because it was gravity flow and did not require sucking to get water any time. Do you have any spares. Thanks I like hip pack may get one for my wife.

loooove it. I wear it hiking and carry a small water bottle and some snacks. It's super comfortable and looks sweet.

I needed an updated hip pack (formerly called "fanny pack") to put all of my dog walking paraphernalia in. We walk several miles most days, so I need doggie bags, cell phone, keys, i-Pod and, sometimes, a little camera. This pack is PERFECT. The size is just right; not too big not too small. It's also very comfortable and adjusts easily.

Is this product waterproof??

Monique,
No, it's not waterproof. You'd probably be fine in a drizzle, but I'd expect wet coontents in a downpour.
