This does have padding but if you plan on flying I would reccomend getting a bag with wheels. they are a bit more expensive but make travelling much easier.

This bag was just perfect! Great price and great design. At first I wasn't sure whether it would fit all of her stuff in it. You can't really tell from the pictures provided so you just have to rely on the measurements. I ordered the 145cm (she rides a 142) because I didn't want it to be too long for her.
The bag was more than I expected. It's really a great quality bag for it's price. The little zipped pocket will fit goggles and gloves. The main compartment had a lot of protection on the bottom for your snowboard which I didn't expect.
I was able to fit all her stuff inside + more. Her board w/bindings, boots, gloves, helmet, goggles, and snowboots. The only thing left would be her jacket.
This bag is so roomy and super strong I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good bag to pack your gear in.

2 questions:
1. I ride a burton, 152. Will this fit my helmet, gear, goggles, etc and the board if I buy a 157?
2. What is the difference between this and the dakine tour bag?

1. Yes it will prob fit all you need, if you put your boots between your bindings and your helmet at one end however I ride a 145 and always buy 158-160 board bags for the extra room.
2. The difference is the tour is padded and has an extra pocket. Padding is really important especially if you are taking it on an airplane. Something I always make sure I get is something with wheels if I am going in the airport with it!

so my board will fit in this no probs, 143cm, but also hoped it could be used for my skis on occasion, they're 152cm line pandoras (fat pow sticks), anyone think they'll fit diagonally?
cheers!!

This is going to be too small for your precious cargo. Get it for your board but if you wanna transport skis, you'll need something longer..probably a specific ski bag would be best.

Need to know if this bag does accomodate the board with the Bindings on, a pair of boots, and extra clothing (how much room left)
Thanks

Roberto,
You can definitely fit a board with bindings, probably cram your boots in between the bindings and then use the extra clothing to pad the board. I would not plan on having this bag as a carry-all for a long snowboard trip. You may want to take a peak at this bag

My bindings are attached, will the board and bindings fit in the bag? Does it have a handle?

I bought this bag a month ago and have already used it. I thought it did a great job and my board did fit inside with the bindings attached. It does have a handle as well as a shoulder strap that you can attach/ detach. I get a little paranoid that the board will get "man-handled" at the airport so i stuffed the bagged with a couple towels around the board for some extra cushion. It all worked great and fit like glove! I am very happy with my purchase!

Yes. The board will fit with the bindings plus more and the bag has a handle.
