I bought in Madrid such a Rolling Bag but I'm very puzzled about the fact that hasn't any lateral "handle" to pull it up while doing steps or to lift it into a car or on a table....
Some friends told me that for steps you just let it "jump" down step by step but I'm afraid that with usage it can be easily broken.... Please give me an advise!

It is not specifically made to attach to another bag. But I am sure you could rig it to another bag if you really wanted to.

It looks a little big to be used as a carry-on. Most carry-on is supposed to be around 22"x14"x9". But I have seen some strange things brought on-board. It kinda' depends on who is working and how crowded the plane is. (We got married in Hawaii, and my wife brought her wedding gown on along with our two allowable carry-ons. The plane was nearly empty, and the flight crew was all women that understood her problem)
