The Dakine Dispatch Backpack gives props to bike messengers and urban cyclists. This messenger-style backpack features rain-resistant construction and a rolling access U-Lock pocket for the cyclist on the go. The removable waist belt lets you batten down the hatches for longer rides and the deployable water bottle pocket provides storage for some liquids.

The Dimensions are 18 x 15 x 5", so a 17" laptop shouldn't be a problem
