That’s because you pack your sticks in the DAKINE Concourse Single Ski Bag. This puppy is fully padded. A detachable shoulder strap and end and middle handles help with carrying and loading.

Will this fit one pair of all-mountain 177 skis with bindings, poles AND boots?? I am trying to find a bag that fits everything for one person, but NOT the double concourse. I have that one already and it is just TOO big for one person to travel with.
I just got back from Big Sky and it is tough lugging that thing around. I am going to use it to store my gear for the offseason, but not travel with anymore.
Any suggestions?
Per the airlines policy, I can check one ski bag and one boot bag and they treat it as one bag (therefore, one fee), but I'd like to eliminate the boot bag and fit everything into one.

This bag will fit the skis with binding and the poles, but there is not enough room for a pair of boots. You can stuff some other smaller ski gear in there but the boots don't fit with the skis and poles in this bag.

This bag works great. I was a little hesitant at first that my Skis (with bindings) and poles wouldn't fit. My skis are size 169 and fit perfect even enough room for poles, jacket, goggles, gloves. Great buy!

Can you fit a pair of ski boots in this bag with your skis? Wondering if it would be better to get two of these bags for my wife and I rather than the double to keep the weight down for airline travel.

No boots will not fit in this one. It is intended for one pair of skis with bindings and a pair of poles.

The Concourse Double or Fall Line Double will usually fit one pair skis and one pair boots. Watch out for airline weight limits though.

No it means you can fit in one pair of skis (so two individual skis). You can also fit in your pair of poles with the skis.

You might be able to fit them in, but to be sure I'd get the next size, especially considering that your skis might run a few cm long and that if they did fit it would be really tight. Better safe than sorry.
