Dakine designed the Men's Commander Gloves for hands with lofty backcountry aspirations. Nylon and Durafuse leather make these gloves ultra durable, and Schoeller softshell (say that three times fast) lends breathability, stretch, and summit-ready weather-resistance. When you approach a ridge at 6 AM on a winter morning, you'll be damn glad the Commanders come stocked with low-bulk Primaloft insulation, which insulates like crazy, even when wet. This hardcore glove features a concealed softshell cuff and a ladderlock cinch closure to keep that sneaky snow out.
