Which style, size is a daypack, a smaller version of a backpack, perfect for a day trip to disneyland etc?

I have a 20L (1400 cu in = ~22L) Burton pack that is perfect for one person to carry some water, snacks, a light sweater etc. Use it all the time for sports events and day hikes. If its just gear for you, it'll do the trick if you're careful what you lug around. I prefer ones with skateboard straps as I strap my sweater/jacket to the outside to make more room, but that's your call.

Im going to sedona and will be doing alot of hiking. Will this bag work good for my short expeditions?

If you're going to be doing a lot of hiking (day trips I'm guessing), you may want to look at something more geared toward that and less of a simple pack like this. Something that is hydration compatible and has a waist belt may better-serve your purpose.

I know this is tempting because of the low price but I agree with Sam, you need something a little bigger and more technical if you plan to use it for multiple hikes. This pack is more of a casual item.
