Shove it in your pack.
You're 15 miles from anything. It begins to drizzle and the temperature takes a dive. What do you do? You reach for your Dakine Breaker Jacket, of course. Conveniently stashed in your pack and in it's own stash pocket, the Breaker is just waiting for the opportunity to save the ride.
Dakine built the Breaker Jacket with breathable nylon fabric with a DK Dry membrane system that shrugs off wind and light rain. This isn't a spray-on treatment, it's a waterproof, breathable membrane that will last for years with proper care. The jacket's breathability allows moisture to escape, so you don't get that nasty, clammy feeling that some jackets will give you. Dakine also equipped the Breaker with zippered underarm vents that allow you to dump heat in a hurry and let the fresh air in. A vented back panel forces out stale, clammy air.
The fit is what Dakine calls All Mountain. The Breaker is loose and comfortable without being bulky. Articulated sleeves give the jacket a natural feel, and the dropped tail covers you in the seated position. Dakine rounded out the Breaker's construction with adjustable cuffs, a media chest pocket, and reflective logos for added visibility.
The Dakine Breaker Jacket comes in four sizes from Small to X-Large. It's available in the colors Octane and Black.

So light and packable that it's more or less a part of my first aid kit. Breathes really well while blocking the wind. Perfect for a chilly start to the ride or while waiting along a windy ridge line for your friends to catch up. Hiking, running, biking, and ski touring...times when your activity keeps your body warm, but you are want to avoid the bite of the wind. If you remove it to change layers in a windy place, make sure it doesn't blow away...because it's so light that it certainly could!
