this bag looks good, and it's definitely comfortable. i thought the front 2 pocket sizes were a little small, but everything fits so no complaints. my 14.5x10.5 laptop fits with room to spare.

Really like the size, number and placement of pockets, and durable feel. Only drawback is no key clip so I'm always losing track of my key ring.

The pack itself is roomy and can haul a ton of stuff. I dig the different zippered compartments and dividers for small stuff, but it does lack a key clip and the back panel isn't so comfortable after a long day of hauling. The side-entry laptop sleeve is convenient, but don't forget to zip it back closed before swinging it over your shoulder... yeowch... Macbooks aren't meant to fly, I'll just leave it at that. It could stand to have a removable waistbelt for weight distribution on long hauls to the airport or around campus.

At first I was skeptical. A Dakine pack that wasn't for sports? I bought the pack and it has been great since. I needed one for school and it works awesome. Especially for large binders and supplies. The dividers in the small pocket work great for keys and phones. The pocket that is on your back works great for passports and thin small documents. Superb quality. Finally, Whats not to like about a lifetime warranty.
