This Real Rides "Strength" Trainer DVD offers an 8 week training program to help you build and maintain cycling-specific core strength and power. The progressive training schedule is structured to get your core balanced with the muscles in your back that get a workout every time you ride. Robbie Ventura, ex-US Postal Service professional, narrates, coaches, and rides with you while you do intervals targeted to strengthening your core. As such, the DVD includes on-bike video footage.
