The CycleOps Phantom 5 Indoor Cycle gives your road bike a break from being clamped into a trainer and pairs with CycleOps' groundbreaking VirtualTraining program for data tracking, virtual terrain options, and training plans to get the most out of your hours pedaling away in your living room.

The Phantom 5 has four points of adjustability to customize the fit. To adjust seat positioning, the seatpost can be raised or lowered, and the saddle can be moved forward or backward. The handlebars can also be adjusted up and down or fore and aft to closely mirror the fit of your favorite road bike.

The Phantom 5 is compatible with most Garmin ANT+ and PowerTap products, and has Bluetooth Plus capability for more pairing options. It comes with a free two-week trial of the VirtualTraining program, which just requires a quick download to your computer, tablet, or device and a quick plug-in of the included ANT+ stick to access virtual courses and training options to get you figuratively rolling down the road.
