Protect your bike frame and spice up your dull, oh-my-it-looks-like-rain conversations.
The main drawback to training indoors -- other than the terminal boredom it brings on -- is the sweat that pours all over your bike. It's hell on your headset and on the bolts of your stem and bars. The CycleOps Bike Thong is the cure. It's a Y-shaped piece of terry cloth that velcros to your handlebars and seatpost to catch the sweat before it drips onto the vulnerable bits on your bike.

- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
This works well as an accessory when you are on your trainer. It keeps salty sweat from corroding your frame and components. If you have a Garmin or other HR monitor mounted to your stem the thong can be pulled down around it,no problem. The accessories pouch is nice to keep your remotes or phone in. it can be washed as well!
It works but other alternatives exist
If you do a lot of indoor riding on rollers or trainer AND work up a sweat, then you would find this useful. Otherwise, don't bother. I think its pricey because as an alternative, you can grab a small towel and some tape to cover the top tube. I have never used the accessories pouch.
