CW-X VersatX Web Top - Short-Sleeve - Men's - 2009 BCS

I am 6 feet and about 195-200 lbs. Normally I wear an XL in everything and purchased an XL of this shirt. It fits well & does work to give a better posture. Works as a compression garment as well. Just like with other compression clothes it holds some heat in so you have to be mindful of that while dressing for the day if you are going to wear it under your regular clothes.
I am a sports medicine chiropractor and really encourage these sorts of things for my patients. I like to Kinesio Tape the shoulders into position on patients and this provides me with something I can recommend for them to wear when they arent taped. And in this case the price is right to try it out versus $100-$150 for other posture shirts that are similar.
I would like to try it in a Large though to see if a size down from normal is more effective.

Comfortable and does what it says! Its kind of like having your own personal training following you around yelling "shoulders down and back!" - it facilitates good posture and thus good form and thus less fatigue, soreness etc. Highly recommended. FYI, I am 5'8" and around 155lbs and a Medium was good (although a little long).

I bought this top along with the expert tights. I have horrible posture in everything I do so I bought this to help with my running posture. I found it helped me out quite a bit. On longer runs where I normally start to get tired a slouch over I find that it is much easier to keep good running form with this top.
I am 5 10" and have what I would consider an upper body build of just smaller than normal. I ordered the medium and it fit very well in the chest and abdominal area. The sleeves were a little looser than I was expecting, but I think that has more to do with my build than with the garment. If you are looking for a way to help your running form, I would highly recommend buying this top.

We returned this shirt because it wasn't as heavy as it looks on the website. We thought it would give more back support than it did. It is much thinner than the picture shows.

This shirt is very comfortable! I've only used it twice but i did feel the difference in regards to support and posture. I am 6' and around 157 pounds. Got a medium, it fits very well.
