CW-X created the Men's Tri-Short to provide targeted muscle support for triathlon training and racing. Flat seams and smooth nylon make this short feel smooth on the outside while Lycra banding offers light compressive support that aids muscle recovery and reduces fatigue. And to truly entice the three-sport athlete, CW-X added a lightweight chamois that helps take the bite out of your saddle so you can really crush the bike stage.

  • Nylon and Lycra blend gives this short a flexible stretch and ample muscular support, and it allows it to dry quickly
  • Stretch construction muscle support helps to reduce fatigue and improve recovery time after an aerobic session
  • Flat seam construction increases comfort and enhances fit by reducing bulky seams that can cause chafing
  • Lightweight fleece chamois insert provides a bit of padding for the bike stage of your triathlon race

Anyone know what the inseam on these shorts is? What about weight?

pictured item VS delivered item

The main reason I ordered this item was because it was pictured as having a distinct difference in the front & side panel colors (gray/black). The item I received (see attached jpg) is solid black with gray stitching. I may decide to return this item. Backcountry please match the delivered item with the one pictured on your web page. Tom

I apologize about the discrepancy in product vs. picture here, that is no good, indeed. Please give us a call or chat in and we can help you out.

Uh, you mean to say that you spent $70 on a pair of shorts in pursuit of contrast between BLACK and GREY!? did you even try them on?
