Definitely see through

  • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
  • Fit: True to size

It's a shame- the fit, support, and design is perfect. However, it is most definitely see through in the butt cheeks area. I KNOW it's not the white backing of the tights because I can see the color of my underwear. I don't have a runner's body though (runner's body = skinny throughout). I have big arms and legs and a small body.

5' 2", 122 lbs, Size small fits great. Would have kept it if it wasn't see through.

Great service from backcountry though, these went on sale one day after I bought it and they adjusted the price for me.

The rainbows make you go faster

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I finally decided to invest in a quality pair of running tights and the rainbows pushed me over the edge on this decision. I've had lower back problems my whole life and my family tells me knee problems are coming. I got these to help me head those off at the pass while I train.

They're incredible for that. I have never had so much support while I run in my life. Normally, I would have worn some compression shorts and even then they were never as supportive as these tights. I'm 5'7" and 145-150 with big hips. I just barely hit the medium on the size chart. They fit me well on good days but if I'm on the couch for a week, they get snug. Probably should have gone with the large due to the hip factor, despite the weight range at my height starting at 185. Not sure if this means they fit small or if I'm not what they had in mind when designing them.

They make me think of Mario Kart's Rainbow Road track when I put them on. Zoom! Motivated!

These tights are amazing, they are super supportive and comfortable. I have lower back issues so I wanted a pair that would help support those muscles and these seem to do the job well. I have used them working out and skiing and they have made my legs and back feel fresh the whole time. They fit true to size, I am 5'3 125 and the small fit me well, I thought it was maybe a bit too big at first but after wearing them for a while I have determined that they fit pretty well. Because they do offer more lower back support than others they are a higher rise capri. The bottom of them comes just above the top of my ski boots which is exactly what I wanted, with ski socks on there is no skin exposed and no bulking up in the ski boots.
