I love these compression shorts! They don't cut in on top, they let nothing jiggle and they keep me very well supported during my workouts. I can't imagine running without them!

I'm a long time runner and gym rat so I liked these shorts. This is to say I have the body for them. They are very snug (even for me) and short. I have short legs so I like a shorter inseam but I think alot of women would find them too "little". According to the size chart I was borderline XS but I got the small and I'm glad I did since I could never have gotten into an XS. Also the tie at the waist is huge, I mean really long and very bulky. Nobody would ever need so much and you're stuck with all this material that you have to hide in your skintight shorts. Poor design. Anyway, I am sure I will wear and enjoy these shorts as long as I never gain an ounce.
Too short for running

I love my CW-X capri pants but it is too hot to run in them in the summer in South Texas. These shorts didn't workout very well. The legs do not have grippers so they didn't stay in place until I began to sweat. They are comfortable but I can't recommend them for distance running. I ordered a small, maybe the ex-small would have been better....
You cant go wrong with these

I adore all CW-X wear. I have two pairs of the tights and I know they have helped my knee injury. These shorts are just what to wear during the warmer months (which had better come soon) You can wear them alone, or under a pair of looser fitting shorts. They are like spandex and keep everything from jiggling. Not to mention that they really feel good on. All in all, I love them and would highly recommend them.
Would these be any good for kayaking in?

Best compression shorts around

These are the best compression shorts around. I wear these on long runs (16+ miles) and they definitely help delay the onset of lower back and glute fatigue. I have worn CWX's long tights and knee length shorts for several years and have been impressed with their products. These short-shorts are a good addition to my CWX collection. These are perfect for the summer heat and wearing under running skirts.
I like the added hamstring and quad support offered by my CWX knee length shorts and full length tights, but I cant wear long tights for many months of the year where I live and the knee length shorts are so darned unflattering, I hate wearing them in public. While these short-shorts dont give quad and hamstring support they do provide excellent lower back and glute support.
They seem to run small. Im 5' 2" and 118 lbs. According to the CWX size chart I fall squarely into the small size range. However, my other CWX tights & shorts are both mediums so I ordered both a small and a medium just to be safe. Good thing I did too. The small was so tight I could hardly breath. The medium was appropriately tight - plenty of compression, but still allowed me to breath. I kept the medium and will be returning the small. Im a classic pear shape. What body fat I have is all in my hips and thighs. Someone of same weight and height, but different "shape" might find the small works for them.

I'm a full figured girl, I'm 5'8" tall and weigh 267 pounds. I love the cut of these shorts and would REALLY love to know if you'll have any close to that size soon?

That's a tough size to fit. I wouldn't be surprised if CW-X doesn't make them that big at all.

These things are hot. After purchasing these for my girlfriend and seeing her in them, I have begun chasing her down during her runs. Good thing she is faster and has more endurance than me. Oh, also she says they are awesome.

Do these shorts have leg grippers? I have the tights, but they "roam" quite a bit.
