This gear is awesome!! Such fun colours and it fits like a glove, really flattering. I particularly love the Helga style as it's a little looser fitting but still as a good women's shape. I've had a ton of compliments :)

I ordered this jacket with high hopes of loving it. I was crestfallen from the very beginning. The colors are a bit, well, garish. The front zipper is at an odd angle, and a bit hard to pull up with mittens.The quality was not great and being made in china was a bit of a disappointment. I returned it and will cherish my well worn Arteryx, made in Canada, for another season.

Fortunately, since I have owned this jacket, I have put it up against a ton of weather conditions and challenges. So far, it has overly surpassed a freeze/rain storm while skiing, keeping me dry and warm throughout the day. This jacket has left me ventilated and happy while hiking in the backcountry and just overall "stylie" while skiing inbounds, on-mountain. I love my new jacket for it's versatility for skiing, apres, and cruising around town anytime of the day. I have not been able to get enough of this jacket yet.

I have been wearing the Helga jacket for two weeks now at the Arctic Circle (Rovaniemi, Finland) and in Norway. It is super cold here, about -10 degrees Farenheit most days with high humidity. This jacket is super warm and keeps me warm in such extreme temperatures. I have not even had to wear a base layer in this jacket—it really is the all-in-one. When it does get a little warmer, the large zippers on the front and on the sides allow for great breathability. The Helga jacket is perfect for a colder day touring in the mountains.
The colors on the Helga jacket standout. I love that there are so many, and therefore matches almost all of my pants. In the thick fog, and the dark of Scandinavia you can’t be missed.
