Description

Give your feet the gift of warmnitude.

The two biggest drawbacks of snow are that it’s cold and it's hard to walk through. Crescent Moon has put a lot of thought into these issues. First, they developed a lot of very nice snowshoes to solve the walking problem. Then, they designed the Neoprene OverBootie to take the chill off on your next snowshoeing adventure. The 6mm neoprene wraps around your boots to keep them dry and add insulation. Happy feet! Yay!

These work as intended; however, the straps that run along the bottom of the shoe to keep the booties in place started to come apart within weeks of use. They didn't start to come apart at the stitching, but rather the straps themselves started to fray and hole through. Perhaps a hard, durable rubber should be used instead. Not recommended, unless you only plan on snowshoeing once in a Crescent Moon. Ha ha.

Used these this past winter over some trail running shoes and off I went running in my snowshoes. Feet were nice and warm. Highly recommended. Did not feel too bulky either.

Since I was on a multi-day snowcamping trip. Keeping my only pair of boots warm and dry was very important to me. It was my first snowshoeing adventure, and it was wonderful. These over-booties really helped me keep my feet warm and dry through this 3-day adventure.

These booties work great, they keep your feet warm and dry. They fit great and stay put. I don't like snowshoeing with boots on because boots are heavy and they have large heels, but these work great over my low-profile hiking shoes.
