Glare-devouring shades built with width in mind.

When you bite off more sun exposure than you can chew, the wide coverage and toothy performance of the new 580P lenses in the Costa Del Mar Hammerhead Polarized Sunglasses come to the rescue. Flexible, lightweight frames grip your face while you venture into the mountains, and a polarized lens treatment cuts glare when you hit the water. Slide on the Hammerhead and venture as far as your eye can see through these crisp, clear shades.

  • 580P polycarbonate lenses offer a high level of contrast and clarity by blocking out yellow-spectrum light that creates visual 'noise'
  • 580P combines the 580 lens technology's impact resistance and clarity with the reduced weight of a polycarbonate material
  • A C-Shell lens coating is fused to the body of the lens and offers enhanced resistances to smudging, scratching, sweat, and oils
  • All Costa Del Mar sunglasses are handmade in the Florida headquarters here in the United States

I ordered these glasses as they show the lens to be orange. On the Costa website the 580p lens is clearly
orange and the description is copper.
The lens is a light shade of brown at best and I already
have Maui Jim and Oakely in this shade.
Being from Canada the duties, taxes and brokerage has been paid so there is little to no chance of getting my money back.
I will try though just for the fun of it and will update the results here when I do get feedback.
