I LOVE this skirt! It's got an elastic band waistline and the material is soft and extremely comfortable. The cut of the skirt gives it some movement and looks really cute and clean. I'm 5'1" and I think the length is good for me, though if I were a lot taller I might think it would be a little short. The great thing though, is that because it has a wide, elastic waistline, it can be worn a little lower and doesn't pinch at the hips. Adorable skirt, would definitely buy it in other colors if they were available.

this skirt is THE CUTEST fit ever, super flirty yet not the length of a mini-skirt- very much for the hot summer days when you still want to look cute. i have it in white (a staple in my summer wardrobe) and i ordered the turquoise and it is a beautiful color. perfect for towns on the water =)
