Description

Not just another one-way wonder.

If you live on Earth, chances are you don't spend every minute of your saddle time going downhill. The 2010 Commencal Supreme 6 VIP alloy frame was designed to be ridden on Earth almost exclusively. Commencal built the Supreme 6 tough but light for the occasional uphill pedal and gave it a whopping 6.3 inches of travel which, coincidentally, perfectly matches a standard Fox 36 fork.

  • Main pivot located inside the interrupted seat tube for chain guide clearance, lateral rigidity, and pedaling efficiency
  • Contact System linkage offers highly progressive spring curve, great small-bump sensitivity, and the ability to take monster hits
  • Swingarm includes replaceable left/right 10mm and 12mm dropouts
  • One degree +/- and zero degree adjustable head angle sleeves

I am new to bikes, but this frame looks really nice. I wonder if it's too much for some one that's just starting.

I think this one will be just fine. You just want to match it with a good bike fork and you will be good to go on your trail rides !
