is this gaiter's material strechable. If I pull it up to cover my nose/ears how tight will it fit. Also when I pull it up will it pull above my neck. How long is it. Is it moisture/wind proof

It is stretchable. But not super stretchy. These are not meant for much face coverage. The one I have I can put over my chin/lower face but no higher. IF you want something that can cover your face I would look into getting a Buff or an OR stretchy balaclava

I bought one of these things and it's warm comfy and affordable. I was able to do some christmas shopping for my family as well cause i was sent a six pack of these for some reason... Bonus!!
