I agree 100% with par3378963. My daughter is skinny also, and the waist is very tight, even at maximum adjustment. Also a bit long. Other than that, they are perfect.

Ordered these snow pants for my daughter who is a skinny, somewhat tall 6X, and she fits them pretty well, but the waist is surprisingly narrow and can't be adjusted very much. There are side flaps that you can use to let the waist out a bit, but the pants still seem tight. They're also a bit long. But they keep her warm and dry, and they have a beautiful tailored ski pant appearance that brings them up a notch from your average pair of snow pants. Overall, very pleased.

The body fit (waist, hips, seat and rise) on these is superior to standard snow pants normally available in this price range. Can it be??! The fit is specifically tapered for a little girl! These are not just boys pants with pink nylon. Bravo Columbia. The finishes and features (front pockets) are practical and sure to please. My daughter loves loves loves the Conch Glenn Plaid Print.
