Im trying to compare this jacket to the REI Elk Ridge soft shell.
Im trying to compare this jacket to the REI Elk Ridge soft shell. I mainly need a soft shell to prevent being killed by our frigid wind's that comes off the rockies. Both of these jackets have great reviews, and Im hearing a lot of good news about the omni-heat technology. And I would prefer to layer as little as possible. What do you guys think?

thi sis my new daily driver in the Denver area. It is light and offers great hgeat retention on the cold snaps. slightly heavier is the Key Three, and an insulated one is the Wildcard. You can easily ski in the wildcard!
