he likes it

grandson wanted a "blue" coat. this did the trick. he likes it & wears it the most from his other coats. It will need layers under for very cold days. I like that it will be able to worn the majority of the time

    So So

    • Gender:Female
    • Familiarity:I've used it several times

We got these jackets for our twin boys for everyday new england winter play and skiing. They are okay.

    Pros - light but warm

Cons - small toothed zipper makes for tricky zipping, fabric is kind of sucky in wet weather as it holds a lot of water rather than repels water, very wide cut with no waist cinch makes for a rather drafty jacket.

Overall the kids like the jackets but the fact that the jacket is soaking wet after playing outside in wet snow makes me think it's just not going to work for an all weather ski jacket.

    Great deal!

The jacket arrived quickly and was least expensive on this website- what a deal! Jacket is for 8 yr old boy in Chicago area. Temps below 20 so far and he's still warm with just a long sleeve shirt and this jacket. Sz 8 is very roomy around the middle and will likely last another year.
