Keep your pant or short dry with the Regan.

When the skies open, all you have to to is open the pocket in which your Columbia Men's Regen Rain Pant is stored and pull it on. The completely waterproof, yet highly breathable material sheds moisture so your main layer stays dry while you continue on your adventure.

Dry to the Bone... Great Buy...

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

I purchased these for a Climbing/Snowboard trip and they worked out perfect. Didn't get any rain while climbing, but these pants definitely held its ground on the slopes. As a first time snowboarder, I spent the 1st part of the day on my rear trying to get the hang of it. I wore a base layer and jeans underneath and these pants kept me dry the entire time... Great buy for a great price...

I got these pants mainly for walking my dogs in the the rain or snow. They are not insulated, but they keep the wind out and they keep me dry.

I gave this as a gift. Apparently, these pants are decent for day to day stuff, but not extremely great to take backpacking. My friend said he was a little wet (perhaps because of breathability issues??) after hiking for 4 hours in moderate rain. He still gives it an honest thumbs up though!

Are you able to remove these pants without taking your hiking boots off, as it does not say this in the description

Not unless you have really small boots...there is no zipper or velcro. Probably the next level up that will have what you want is going to be something like the Sierra Designs Hurricane, then up to the Marmot Precip.

I need a pair of rain pants for summer time, fall season. I am not sure if they are warm enough for the winter. Please get back to me with the info.

Thank you.
