Columbia made this insulated jacket with water- and wind-resistant fabric, so a bit of bad weather won’t cramp his style. The On Rails’ removable hood blocks out falling flakes and holds in heat when temps drop. He can stash his iPod in the internal media pocket so he can listen to tunes while he jibs.

Great coat...sleeves too short

Seems like a great jacket - unfortunately, we returned it because the sleeves were too short. My son is a tall, skinny 9 yo with long arms and the 10/12 fit great everywhere else. The next size up is way too big.

This is my sons favorite coat! It's been warm enough for everything we've been dealt in Utah so far which is down into the low teens. Sizing is very accurate, keeps the wet/cold out and the dry/warm in. Breathes well and wears very well!
It sure is. My son's is his jacket of choice by far! He loves it and it's extremely warm!!!Hope that helps.

My son is 14 and this is a perfect coat for him. It's been pretty cold here (snow, sleet, etc...) Keeps him warm outside for hours! Love the color and style too.
