Originally designed as a liner for the parka of the same name, the Columbia Melting Point Jacket was too popular to not offer individually. It's easy to see why: the Melting Point earns its name by using thermal reflective lining and Omni-Heat insulation to greedily keep your body's warmth from the icy claws of Mother Nature.
  • Breathable stretch panels encourage natural fit and temperature regulation
  • Omni-Shield advanced repellency helps slough moisture
  • Ample pockets organize your wallet, phone, and snack
  • Compatible with any three-point interchange shell

Not recommended people with short arms...

I'm 5'9 and I weigh 180lbs. I got a large thinking it would be a good fit. I love the fact that this jacket is both omni shield and heat. The jacket would have been a 5 star rating for me if the length and width of the arms were much shorter. It is way too long and wide it makes it looks me look sloppy. Whats really weird is that the core is a slim fit but the arms are way too baggy....This is either defective or my arms are just way too short...I would exchange it for a medium if I were skinny..
