The Columbia Little Girls’ Luxe Time Parka features a synthetic-insulated removable liner which provides enough versatility to keep your kid comfortable through fall, winter, and spring. Your child can wear the water-resistant shell and insulated liner together or separately depending on the weather conditions of the day. Columbia also added a soft embossed taffeta lining to keep the smile on your kid’ s face during her first rides on the sled and her first ever day of snowman building.

Bottom Line: Versatility not seen since the invention of the spork.

brrrr... and yes. With a good base layer and effective headwear, this jacket has the ability to retain heat in the coldest of days. the modular components make it easier to be ready for the warmer or transition days as well.

I got this jacket for my 4 year old daughter, and we love the double layers. She has worn the shell alone, the lining alone, and them all together! We have bought Columbia in the past, and they havent let us down

I'm looking for a ski jacket and bottoms for my three kids

I'm looking for a ski jacket and bottoms for my three kids - girl 10-12; girl 7-8 and boy 7-8. We are going skiing the last week in December and it will be their first time skiing, so I want to make sure I get them clothing that will be warm enough to keep them out there. Obviously with three and the growing factor, I want to be somewhat economic about what I choose. Any suggestions?

Columbia is an excellent brand due to the value and features they put into their youth products. The biggest thing on keeping the little ones warm is to keep them dry. Be sure to check and see if the garment is water proof or water resistant. If this is their first time skiing water prrof bottoms are a must and they can probably do with water resistant coats. This holds true for gloves/mittens as well.Hope this helps!!!

Classic Columbia jacket: warm, good quality, but tough to get little fingers through the double-sleeves.
