Battle brisk winds.
Acting as a protective fortress against whipping winds and chilly temperatures, the Columbia Men's J-Line Archer Ridge Fleece Jacket keeps you blissfully warm when blustery cold fronts threaten to steal your gusto. This cozy fleece jacket features Columbia's Omni-Wind Block membrane, which acts as a veritable stronghold from heat-stealing breezes and gusty winds. This windproof membrane allows excess perspiration to escape, so you're not stifling in sweat during active use on the trail. It's also water-resistant, making it a great choice for fickle transitional seasons.
Fuzzy polyester fleece wraps you in luxurious comfort when you're hiking to your favorite overlook or walking the dog through the park. Going one step further for warmth, low-bulk Microtemp XF II insulation prevents precious body heat from escaping on brisk mornings and shivering-cold evenings. Finishing touches like the plush lined collar, 2-way front zipper, and drawcord hem make the J-Line Archer a top contender for trapping warmth through rapidly changing conditions.

- Q & A
Too tight at the armpits
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: Runs small
- Size Bought: Medium
Jacket fits great...except under the arms at the armpits. The jacket digs into my armpits. So sad, because the jacket fits and is awesome otherwise. I bought the jacket because it was part of the J-Line Columbia collection. I also have the J-Line hoodie and have no issue with the sizing or cut of that jacket. It digs into my armpits so bad and is so uncomfortable there that it will be the first return to Backcountry ever for me. Didn't somebody try this jacket on before it was put into production?
