Great durable winter boot!

I've had these boots for 2 seasons now living at Lake Tahoe and they've been fantastic. They're really warm, I usually wear them with normal athletic socks unless I'm going for a longer hike or snowshoe. That said, unlike other people, I've found them to run true to size or maybe even a little big once the leather stretched a bit.
My only complaint about these boots is that I've noticed this year getting some wetness coming through on the top of my foot at the seam with the rubber outsole. Maybe I need to re-seal the seam or something.
Overall though, definitely a great winter boot. I have the dune color, and I love the little splash of orange in the laces and sole. Highly recommended!

i normally wear a 7.5 shoe. do you suggest sizing up to an 8 or down to a 7?

Responded on

These will be a neutral width, and if you have been measured to be around a 7 or 7.5 I would have you go to a size 8 in these boots.

How heavy are these boots?

How heavy are these boots?

they are not at all heavy... Techlite EVA is a proprietary chemistry that makes it super lightweight and insualting from the snow below. the straight math is this: A single size 7 weighs 433g/15.3oz. That's less than a pound per shoe and it is very well insulated and cushioned.

Whil i have the specs out, I can also add the height of the boot shaft... 11"

Runs short (Small)-but are awesome in the right size!

I love these boots, and I've looked at a lot of boots! They are warm, comfy, attractive, and waterproof. I am exchanging them for a half size bigger, my toe was right to the end in these boots and it didn't feel like my arch was sitting right.

love these boots!

What color are your boots? I'm trying to find the same ones, but I'm not sure what the color is called!

I hope it snows!

Living in DC the snow may be scarce or plentiful! These boots are absolutely perfect for the cold, sleet and snow alike. They are waterproof, great for low temperatures and snuggly with the faux fur! They look great and I've already received compliments after owning them for one day! I usually wear an 8.5 and after reading reviews I decided to go up to the 9. They are comfortable and will easily adjust to heavy or light socks. The shipping was smooth and very successful, I got exactly what I wanted!

Exactly What I Wanted in a Winter Boot!

I love these boots, I live in north central Idaho where we get a decent amount of snow. I mainly wear them to work where I walk part of the way to my office. While these boots have a little faux fur and style to them they are definetly functional. They have excellent traction, I haven't slipped or fallen yet this season (and I can be clumsy). I love that no matter the weather outside my feet stay dry and toasty warm - I always have cold feet, so this aspect was very important to me when researching what boots to purchase this season. As for fit I usually wear a 6.5 so I purchased a size 7 so I could wear thicker socks and they fit just right. I was also a little concerned about the fit around my calves (fashion boots don't really ever fit right), but these boots fit great around my calves, with pants tucked in and out. I love these boots and wear them whenever the opportunity rises!

Runs very small

Our daughter wears a 9.5. Got these in a 10. Her toes were crammed at the top. Had to return 'em. She doesnt want an 11.

I wear a 9.5 shoe, but my feet are very narrow, do you think the 10 would work for me?

Yo. I am comparing this to the "Sorel Sorelli Tall Lace Boot - Women's" for my wife. Is there a reason there are no reviews for the COLUMBIA boot? Is it a newer boot? Also, do you know if Columbia boots fit true to size?
